Thank you for choosing LondonCleaners.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") for your cleaning services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are essential for both the Company and you as a user to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience. Please read them carefully and do not use our services if you do not agree with them.

1. Service Agreement
By booking our services through our website or by phone, you are entering into a legally binding service agreement with the Company. This agreement is based on the terms and conditions outlined here and any additional information or instructions provided by the Company.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
a) Booking for our services can be made through our website or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
b) For regular cleaning services, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For one-off services, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
c) Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
d) We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the property is deemed unsafe or hazardous to our employees.
e) We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by our services, including but not limited to damage to personal property.
f) All services must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
g) In the event of damage or loss, a written notice must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion for a claim to be considered.
h) We reserve the right to make changes to our prices, services, and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
i) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who acts disrespectfully or inappropriately towards our staff.
j) All confidential or personal information provided to us will be kept in strict confidence and will not be shared with any third parties without consent.
k) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or emergencies.
l) We will not be held liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control.
m) It is the responsibility of the client to provide safe and appropriate access to the property for our employees to perform the services.
n) We reserve the right to charge additional fees for services not included in the original booking or for any unforeseen circumstances that require extra time or effort.
o) In the event of damage or loss to the client's property caused by our employees, London Cleaners will cover the cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of £500.
p) All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by London Cleaners.
q) Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
r) We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or unsanitary for our employees.
s) In the event of any disputes, clients are required to notify London Cleaners within 24 hours of the service being completed.
t) London Cleaners is not liable for any damages or loss of property caused by the client's failure to secure or remove valuable or fragile items.
u) Clients are responsible for informing London Cleaners of any valuable or fragile items that require special care during the cleaning service.
v) We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit inappropriate or abusive behavior towards our employees.
